Fisch abtupfen, grob w\u00fcrfeln. Mit Zitronensaft, Salz, Pfeffer und Petersilie in ein Gef\u00e4\u00df geben und p\u00fcrieren. Mit den Fingern kleine B\u00e4llchen formen, zuerst in verquirltem Ei, anschlie\u00dfend in Semmelbr\u00f6seln w\u00e4lzen. Pro Person 3-4 B\u00e4llchen formen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Frittierfett erhitzen, Kroketten frittieren. Auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu passt K\u00fcrbis-Chutney und s\u00fc\u00dfscharfe Asia-Sauce.
