Schalotten sch\u00e4len, l\u00e4ngs achteln, in hei\u00dfer Butter in 8 &#8211; 10 Min. weich schmoren. Zucker dazugeben, unter R\u00fchren karamellisieren lassen. Mit der Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen, Schmand unterr\u00fchren, salzen, pfeffern, Majoran einr\u00fchren, 3 &#8211; 4 Min. leise k\u00f6cheln lassen, abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>2. Fleisch in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Fleisch darin bei starker Hitze in 3 Min. braun braten, salzen und pfeffern und mit der Sauce anrichten.
