Knoblauchzehen klein schneiden und mit dem \u00d6l, Salz, Sojasauce und F\u00fcnf-Gew\u00fcrze-Pulver mischen. Damit nun die Entenbr\u00fcste einreiben und 30 min ziehen lasse.<\/p>\n<p>2. Etwas \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Entenbr\u00fcste mit der Haut nach unten 3-4 min. anbraten. Entenbr\u00fcste drehen und von der anderen Seite 3-4 min. anbraten.
