Kartoffelsch\u00e4len und in kochendes Salzwasser ca. 40 Minuten garen.<\/p>\n<p>1. Spargel gr\u00fcndlich waschen und die holzigen Enden abschneiden. Spargel sch\u00e4len, in kochendes Salzwasser geben und ca. 18 Minuten garen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Fleisch waschen, mit K\u00fcchenpapier trocken tupfen. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Fleisch darin bei mittlerer Hitze von jeder Seite 2-3 Minuten braten. Anschlie\u00dfend in Alufolie einpacken und 5-10 Minuten im Backofen bei 100 grad ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>4.
