Porree putzen, in Ringe schneiden und waschen. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Hack darin ca. 5 Minuten anbraten, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und herausnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Porree und Zwiebel im Bratfett ca. 2-3 Minuten anbraten. Mit Mehl best\u00e4uben. Mit der Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen, aufkochen und 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. K\u00e4se und Sahne einr\u00fchren. Hack zuf\u00fcgen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>3.
