Die Spare Ribs von beiden Seiten gut W\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Nun die Spare Ribs auf das Backblech legen und mit Alufolie abdecken und f\u00fcr 3 Stunden in den Vorgeheizten Ofen (150g Ober-\/Unterhitze) schieben.<\/p>\n<p>3. Nach 3 Stunden die Spare Ribs rausholen, Alufolie abnehmen und die Ribs mit Barbecue Sauce bestreichen.
