Zwiebeln fein w\u00fcrfeln. Paprikaschoten vierteln und entkernen. Paprikaschoten in ca. 2 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke, Putenfleisch in ca. 3 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00d6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen. Das Fleisch salzen und pfeffern und bei starker Hitze rundherum hellbraun anbraten. Zwiebeln und Paprikast\u00fccke zugeben und 2 Min. mitbraten. Mit Chilipulver, Paprikapulver, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Reis, Tomaten und Br\u00fche zugeben. Alles aufkochen und zugedeckt 10 Min. garen.
